USES for sandblasting hose

Dry Shotcrete & Gunite hose is used to transfer dry sand and cement to the placement mixing gun nozzle. Its extremely high quality, natural gum Rubber Tube provides excellent resistance to highly abrasive products

CHARACTERISTICS:
The inner layer is wear-resisting and the outet layer is good at anti-aging and wear-resistance.The burst pressure of the hose is 4 times or more higher than the working pressure.

Stuctures of Sand Blast Hose

Tube: the mixture of polyurethane and butyl rubber, adding special reinforcing agent, making the hose highly resistant to abrasion.
Reinforcement: there are two types of Reinforcement: 1. multiple layers of high tensile tire fibric or cotton cloth, 2. high tensile fiber braided type, to make it meet for your wroking pressure requirements.
